Payment to Consultant

This section describes how to record payment of the Consultant for the session / service.

Steps to record Payment to Consultant

  1. Click on Menu -> Sales -> Service Tasks, and select the particular Service Task.

  2. In Services section, click on Record Payment button for the particular session / service.

  3. "Mark Payment For" page is open, enter payment details here,

    • Date of Payment - Enter the date on which the consultant is paid for the session / service.

    • Record Amount - Enter the amount that is paid to the consultant.

    • Remarks - Add additinal remarks, if any.

  4. Click on Record Payment button.

Alternate Method to pay Consultant

  • Click on Menu -> General -> Team, and select the particular Consultant.

  • Click on Transactions tab

  • Click on Record Payment

  • "Mark Payment" page is open, enter payment details here,

    • Date of Payment - Enter the date on which the consultant is paid for the session / service.

    • Record Amount - Enter the amount that is paid to the consultant.

  • Click on Record Payment button.
