Record Payment for Invoice (Veepan)

To Record Payment for an invoice, first, go to the particular invoice.

  • Path : Left Menu -> Invoices -> Sales Invoices -> Select your invoice

  • Click on the Record Payment button.

    1. Full Payment: If the amount is fully paid by the customer, enter the full amount here.

    2. Partial Payment: If the payment is partial, enter the current amount paid by the customer, and the system will automatically calculate the Due amount. So, the next time the customer pays the amount, it can be recorded here again.

  • Click on Submit and the payment is recorded.
